To capture this vibrant lifestyle, we planned a visually engaging brand film that would highlight the sense of community, high-end amenities, and active living that Renaissance offers. A strong foundation starts with a well-developed script, so our team worked closely with Renaissance to craft a narrative that would resonate with potential residents and their families. Every scene was mapped out to bring their brand values to life, ensuring the film felt warm, inviting, and aspirational. Next, we focused on location scouting, selecting key spots that showcased the best of the Renaissance lifestyle—from social spaces and lush outdoor areas to residents enjoying their day-to-day activities. Careful planning ensured a seamless shoot, making the most of natural light and beautiful surroundings. From the outset, we knew this project required two distinct versions—one as a standalone lifestyle piece and another enhanced with motion graphics and animation. The goal was to create a dynamic, polished experience that would stand out in a competitive market.
The live-action footage captured real moments of joy, relaxation, and social connection. But to take it further, we incorporated motion graphics and animation, adding a layer of energy and clarity to the storytelling. The animated elements helped to: Emphasise key messages, reinforcing Renaissance’s premium lifestyle. Create seamless transitions, making the narrative flow effortlessly. Visually enhance amenities and features, making them more engaging and easy to understand. By blending cinematic visuals with smooth animations, we crafted a film that feels modern, inviting, and aspirational—perfectly aligned with Renaissance’s brand.
In post-production, our focus was on creating a refined and impactful final piece. The motion graphics version added a fresh, contemporary edge, making the video even more engaging and informative. Once launched, the video became an essential marketing tool, used across digital campaigns, social media, and website promotions to attract new residents and showcase Renaissance as a top-tier retirement destination.
