The Project

Santa Gertrudis has been a cornerstone of Australian farming for over 70 years, and this campaign celebrates the breed’s strength, resilience, and the success it brings to the farmers who raise it. Over three days in remote northern New South Wales, we captured the rugged beauty of the outback and the enduring spirit of the land. Working directly with a Sydney-based agency, we supported the shoot from start to finish, bringing to life the story of a farmer who reflects on how Santa Gertrudis cattle help rural communities thrive. The result is a cinematic portrayal of a breed that is both historically significant and vital to modern Australian agriculture.

Process

Filming in tough, remote conditions, we managed the full production on site, ensuring every shot captured the essence of the landscape, the cattle, and the story. Working with professional actors and real farmers, we coordinated the shoot to highlight the breed’s resilience and the farmers’ connection to it. Every moment was carefully planned and executed to create a cinematic, authentic portrayal of life in the Australian outback and the role Santa Gertrudis plays in supporting thriving farming communities.
